My first visit to Reds Hairdressing @ KSL City Mall has been a breeze experience. I made an appointment for my daughter. Upon arrival I thought of joining her for a haircut. Thankfully they have a last minute slot for me. They asked me if I needed a muslimah corner for myself and they have a small corner for us muslimah that wear hijabs covered by the curtains. Bee was my hairstylist and she was awesome to check my scalp and suggests treatments. No hard selling from her which I truly appreciate. She would suggest hairstyles and the length suitable for your face shape. Yang was my daughter’s hairstylist. He gives advice on which treatment is better for my daughter as she was doing rebonding and this is her first rebonding. Overall I have a pleasant experience with this team. ~ Nur A

First time bleaching my hair in my whole life, super duper satisfy the color. The Reds salon is very attentive and professional. I had an amazing experience with the Keratin Treatment and wonderful Ash Color I wanted at Reds KSL! Especially my hairstylist Kelly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Kelly took the time to understand my hair concerns and recommended a treatment that was perfect for my hair type. The process was relaxing, and I noticed a visible difference immediately—my hair felt softer, shinier, and much healthier. Even days later, it still looks great and is so much easier to manage. I also appreciated how she explained each step and gave helpful tips for maintenance at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for professional, high-quality hair care. I had my first visit to REDS Hair Salon and was attended to by David. He was very friendly and gave great advice on my base color, especially since I didn't want anything too dark. I booked my appointment via WhatsApp, and while the price quote I received via whatsapp (with an image) was quite different from what I was charged in person—about double the price—I still decided to go ahead with it, as I had seen their impressive work in their videos. Despite the pricing surprise, David did an excellent job with my hair and took the time to give me tips on how to maintain the color and keep it lasting longer. Ziv is the kind of hair stylist I was looking for. Whichever salons I go, whenever they had to comb my hair, especially when it’s wet (it’s most fragile state), it hurts like mad and it stresses me out. I hate and seldom go to salons cos of that. Partly a “me” problem, and partly cos they force their way through the tangles.. I prefer to comb from bottom up to ensure lesser tangles and hair fall. The way Ziv comb, altho top to bottom, it didn’t hurt as much and he didn’t forcefully comb through the tangles. I also like how he didn’t pressure me to write this review, unlike a lot of salons in JB, which is a plus. Long at the reception is very friendly and honest with us regarding what we want, what they can do and the price. Which is what my friend and I were looking for. First visit to the salon. Chance upon Amy whom was assigned to have my hair done. Told her I am keen on hair cut and basic hair treatment. After assessment and discussion, as I was pretty reluctant to cut short my hair she had advised to keep my length and recommend to do Milbon treatment. She was really professional from the start till the end - letting me know the rough end result if I had decided to trim my hair. Ended up only cutting my fringe with satisfied result. She thought me how to use my home care mask well too. Qi was the one who did my hair treatment, checking in if blanket was needed and constantly checking if the water temperature was alright. Overall, great experience for first timer, no hard selling at all. Dont worry about getting forced upon to. Awesome service too! Thank you team🩵 ~ Zi R

Hey guys, I would like to give my honest review here. I make an appointment via WhatsApp and the staff who replied me were so friendly and sweet. When I went to the shop the hair consultant were explaining all my doubt and he was so good. If you guys have any doubt about your hair damage or what treatment are best for your hair, do ask them and they will explain everything. Coming to hair color I suggest him for burgundy color but not so bright but the consultant suggest me a diff hair color which I'm in love. If you want to know anything do ask them and they will help you. Thanks a lot for giving me pretty hair. Especially very big thanks to Mr.Long and Mr.Hao for making me pretty 😍. Today I visited Red's hair salon at KSL city mall.I’m really happy with the result! My stylist Mr. Michael was professional and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair feels lighter, healthier, and the new look is so refreshing. Absolutely loved my experience at this salon! The staff were friendly, professional,My hair turned out even better than I imagined — again I said my hair so smooth, fresh, and perfectly styled. Clean space, great vibes, and top-notch service. David and Hao were the stylists who were helping me with my hair today, they were really nice and friendly, and gave great advices to me on the type of hair colour base I should be getting to achieve the end result. As my have bleached my hair too often this year, David advised me that the hair colour I wanted would need to bleach but my hair health is still in its recovery state so he recommended me the base colour to achieve it the next time I come! Which I’m grateful he didn’t took the risk which could damage my hair further. Hao was great at giving me the hair treatment I needed and tips on how to care for my hair better, looking forward to come back again soon! 😊 ~ Lani O

Visited Reds Hair Dressing after seeing it recommended online — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! A special shoutout to my stylist Kelly! who was incredibly patient, skilled, and attentive to every detail. She gave great advice on the color and style, and customized everything to suit my face shape and hair texture. The result: a stunning gradient from ash dark blue to lavender, with the most beautiful, soft waves. The color looks so natural and my hair still well and smooth after dyeing. I am always apprehensive going to a Salon. I go only because I know I have to. My hair isn't so bad. It's just the fear of getting a hairdresser that would not listen to my concerns or hair issues and just cut based on the newest craze. Which will likely lead to a mediocre to bad haircut which I will just have to manage. I did a walk-in at REDS Hairdressing KSL and was partly hoping nobody was available to cut. But I was lucky to be accommodated. The lady who did my shampooing was warm and chatty and not imposing. Wicky the stylist was friendly and listened to my hair concerns/and issues. He also gave recommendations on how to style my hair when I asked. Another hairstylist also didn't mind answering my questions on hair color types and his recommendation for my hair type. I came out Happy. Received compliments on my hair. Will definitely be back. Highly Recommended ~ MM C

First time here; scalp treatment and hair cut. The environment is clean and service is good. The best thing is they don’t hard sell for anything. They just provide options and offer packages. The staffs are all friendly and attentive, especially Amy who attended to me. She explained options that are suitable for my hair type. She is quite patient and did my favour until I satisfied. Though the hair style was not really my expectation, I acknowledge her effort of trying to make me satisfied. They offer hot tea and some light snacks. And also the Hair Treatment x4 was a gift. The price is not too cheap but I think affordable. I spent 688RM overall. ~ Lee J
